Refunds and cancellation
How to cancel, and when you can get your money back.
Last updated October 16, 2026
Cancelling a plan
- You can cancel Starter or Pro at any time, from your account settings or by emailing hello@speedhuddle.com.
- Cancelling stops your next renewal. You keep your plan, and its remaining credits, until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- After that, your account moves to the Free plan. Your past events and their results stay in your account.
Refunds on plans
Payments for Starter and Pro aren't refunded, including for unused time or unused credits in the current period, except where this page or the law says otherwise.
Event passes
- Event passes aren't refunded, except where the law requires it. This includes cancelling the event, and unused spots when fewer people come than you paid for.
- If your plans change, you can move your event to a new date before it starts. Its pass moves with it.
Extra credits
Extra credits can't be refunded once bought. They don't expire while your account is open.
If something goes wrong on our side
If your event can't run because of a problem on our side, email us within 14 days. We'll refund what you paid for that event, or give back the credits it used.
Tickets sold by organizers
When an organizer sells tickets to their event, the organizer is the seller and sets their own refund policy. If you bought a ticket and want a refund, contact the organizer of the event. Our platform fee on a ticket isn't returned when the organizer refunds it.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@speedhuddle.com from the email address on your account, and tell us which event or charge it's about. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Questions about a charge
If something looks wrong on your statement, contact us first at hello@speedhuddle.com. We'll look into it and sort it out quickly.
