- Two-sided rounds
- Mentors meet mentees, or founders meet investors, instead of their own side. With 8 mentors and 12 mentees, 4 mentees take a turn in the lounge each round.
- Shuffle tables
- Small tables of 3 to 6 instead of pairs. Start with tables of 4 to warm up, then switch to one-to-one chats.
- Topic tables
- Guests pick a topic before the round, like "Funding and money", and sit with people who picked the same one.
- Networking bingo
- A card of "find someone who..." squares, like "has lived in another country". Guests tick a square and name who fits.
- Welcome-room polls
- Ask "What brings you here today?" in the lobby. Everyone sees the results live, and the answers can shape who meets whom.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus GST or HST. Organizations outside Canada pay in US dollars.

What's a credit? One credit covers one attendee at an event up to 75 minutes long. Longer events use 2 credits per attendee. A credit is used only when someone joins, so no-shows don't use your credits.
Paying per event? Buy a pass for the number of people you expect, at C$2 each with a C$39 minimum. If more people sign up, add spots before the event starts.
Need more credits? Extra credits are C$1 each, in packs of 25. They don't expire while your account is open.
Selling tickets? Ticket money goes straight to your own Stripe account. SpeedHuddle keeps 2% on Free, Pay per event and Starter, and nothing on Pro. Stripe's card fees apply.
Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See Refunds and cancellation.

Questions, answered
Do guests need to download anything?
No. SpeedHuddle runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Guests open your link, allow their camera and mic, and they're in.
How long are the rounds?
You choose. A default event has a 10-minute welcome room, six rounds of 6 minutes and a 10-minute closing room. You can change every one of those.
What happens with an odd number of people?
One room gets three people for that round, so nobody sits out.
Can guests meet the same person twice?
SpeedHuddle avoids repeat partners wherever it can. In a small group with many rounds, a repeat may be the only option left.
Are the video chats recorded?
No. SpeedHuddle doesn't record video or audio from your event.
How do credits work?

Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a certified payment processor. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
