What happens in a real event
The demo squeezes a whole event into a minute or two. In a real event, here's what each stage does.
- Lobby
- Guests add their name, title and company, check their camera and mic in a private preview and see who's arrived. The host presses start when it's time.
- Welcome room
- Everyone is together on video, so the host can say hello and explain the rounds. 10 minutes by default.
- Rounds
- Each guest meets a new person every round, on video, with a question to start. 6 rounds of 6 minutes by default, with a one-minute warning before each switch.
- A group of three
- With an odd number of guests, one room gets three people for that round, so nobody waits alone.
- Connect
- Tap Connect when you'd like to stay in touch. When both people tap, it's a mutual match.
- Your matches
- After the closing room, each guest sees their mutual matches first, then everyone they met, ready to copy or download.
